Available to all three holiday cottages are a freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer, and a pay-phone.
Each cottage is fully equipped and includes colour television, DVD and CD player, hoover, microwave, iron, duvets, linen and towels and a child’s cot.
The cottages are amply supplied with electric heaters, and storage heating is available in the winter months. Car parking is provided at each cottage.
As there are farm animals in the area we regret dogs cannot be permitted.

There are shops, petrol, restaurants, and a bank in Lochinver - nine miles away.
Fishing is available on your doorstep, with a boat for hire, on Loch na Claise.

Terms and Conditions of Booking

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday. Deposit of 50% is required with booking. There is a £20 reduction for a two week booking. The balance is payable on arrival at Clashmore.

Electric is by £1 coin meter.
|
|
|
Arrival time is from 4 pm onwards, and departure time by 10 am. If you are going to arrive after 7pm please advise
|

|
Linen and towel costs are included in the price.
|
|
|
If you are staying for a two week period or longer, then a change of linen is provided.
|
|
|
The number of persons occupying any of the cottages must not exceed that stipulated in our brochure or website.

|
|
The owner is not liable to you or any third parties for any accident, damage, loss, injury expense or inconvenience, which may be suffered, incurred, arise out of or is in any way connected with the rental of any of the cottages..

|
Please keep the property and all furniture, equipment and fitments in or on the property in the like state of repair and good condition and cleanliness as at the commencement of the let. Any damage, breakage or loss that may occur during the let must be advised to the owners and made good/paid for.

Right of entry is reserved to allow inspection or repairs etc to be carried out

Cancellation of booking forfeits deposit. However, if due to unforeseen circumstances you should have to cancel your booking please let us know and we will do our best to re-

Should any of these conditions not be complied with, we reserve the right to terminate the contract of letting immediately and without refund.
If any of the cottages should become unavailable or unusable, for whatever reason, prior to the date of your booking, then we will endeavour to find you a suitable alternative property, or, failing that, reimburse you for any monies paid.
Please be environmentally friendly; switch off lights and only heat when required, recycle bottles/paper etc. where possible, and save water.
